or foreign, mainly in the interpretation of the legal rules that govern
the labor relations and all the aspects related thereto.
Among the services offered by the Legal Firm, in the labor area we find

1) Execution and follow-up of labor policies. In virtue of the continuous
changes and renovations of criteria within the Labor Law, specifically
reforms of laws, procedures, rulings and jurisprudence that have set forth
important changes in the work labor relationships, the Companies must adopt
labor policies that adapt to these changes with the minimum impact possible

4) Drafting and negotiation of Collective Bargaining Agreements, in
the public sector as well as in the private. We offer the drafting,
negotiation
and transactions before the National Labor Inspector’s Office in
the public sector or the private sector, in company and industrial levels.
5) Advise in cases of collective labor conflicts that can cause internal
conflicts. Assistance and Advise in cases of collective labor conflicts
that can arise inside the Company.
6) Advise regarding social security and work environment (LOPCYMAT). Advise
in the matter of social security and in all the aspects related to the
maintenance of the work environment, in which the provisions established
by the Organic Law of Prevention, Conditions and Work Environment are accomplished,
in other rules and regulations related to the subject, protecting in this
manner the worker against the risks of work, in other words, against the
professional illnesses and work accidents, in order to guarantee the proper
and favorable working conditions for the exercise of his/her faculties
and a better productivity when carrying out his/her chores.
