Mariolga Quintero Tirado

Attorney, finished her studies as Magna Cum Laude in the UCV in 1967. She finished her doctorate in Law at the UCV in 1987. Post graduate studies in Compared Law of the International Faculty to teach Compared Law, Strasburg, France, 1978. Professor of Procedural Law in the UCV and UCAB, Member of the Association of Compared Law, of the Ibero-American Institute of Procedural Law of the International Association of Procedural Law and of the Venezuelan Institute of Procedural Law (INVEDEPRO). Practicing attorney.


Ricardo López Velasco

Attorney, finished his studies in the USM in 1989. Until 1991, he worked as Auxiliary Agricultural Attorney at the Office of the Procuraduría Agraria Nacional. From 1991 to 1997 he worked at the Law Firm J.A. Cova & Asociados in Caracas. From 1997 to 2006 independent practicing attorney. Areas: Civil, Mercantile and Corporate Law.

 

Nilyan Santana Longa

Attorney, finished her studies in 1992 at the UCV. Post graduate studies in Law, Politics and Criminology, Specialized in Procedural Law, University of Salamanca, Spain, 1998. She specialized on Procedural Law, UCV, 2004. She was professor of Legal Practice and Civil Procedural Law and post graduate studies at the UCV. She was funding Member of INVEDEPRO. First Court of Contentious Administrative, Court of Proceedings, Leading Attorney, 1998. She worked as attorney in the judicial area of Baumeister & Brewer, Abogados Consultores until 2002. She is an independent practicing attorney.

Funding member and first Executive Director to constitute the Board of Directors of the Oil Legal Committee (CJP), Attorney at the headquarters of “RAG International Mining GMBH”, Essen, Germany (1999), as legal advisor of the Grupo TOTAL in Venezuela, working for the company “Total Oil and Gas Venezuela B.V.”(1999-2004).
